Seeker Reflex is proprietary software developed by the Seeker Reflex Team. All rights reserved.

Grant of Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Seeker Reflex application for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license permits you to:

• Install and run the App on your personal device(s)
• Play the game and participate in leaderboards
• Connect your Solana wallet for official submissions

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the App

Third-Party Components

Seeker Reflex uses open-source libraries and frameworks, each governed by their respective licenses:

• Next.js — MIT License
• React — MIT License
• Tailwind CSS — MIT License
• @solana/web3.js — Apache 2.0 License
• @solana-mobile/wallet-adapter-mobile — Apache 2.0 License
• Prisma — Apache 2.0 License

Use of these components is subject to their original license terms.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to source code, design, graphics, and branding, are and remain the exclusive property of the Seeker Reflex Team.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies.
